Lead a Class: Navigating Employee Benefits - Highland Park Middle School in St. Paul
Lead an adult education class through the St Paul Public Schools community education program. Topics to include: understanding the benefits provided by your employer, how much you should save, 401(k) vs Roth 401(k), HSAs and flex accounts and employer stock plans.

Facilitate a Workshop: Jeremiah Program - Financial Empowerment - FPA is excited to partner with Jeremiah Program to lead a Financial Empowerment segment of their Life Skills curriculum. We are looking to find co-facilitators for the 6 week workshop, two volunteers for each of the class nights. Materials for the class will be provided on topics of Budgeting, Credit, Loans, Insurance, Taxes and Savings.

Complete a financial plan and help a vet move into their new home! Homes for Our Troops (HFOT) builds mortgage-free, specially adapted homes nationwide for severely injured Veterans Post – 9/11, to enable them to rebuild their lives. Before a veteran can move into their new home, they are required to meet with a CFP® professional and complete a pro bono financial plan. You will help them complete the plan, so they can move in!

Lead an adult education class through the St Paul Public Schools community education program.
Provide strategies on managing your debt, as well as how to make the most of the money you have.

Teach a Class: Tax Planning for Small Businesses - Highland Park Middle School in St. Paul
Lead an adult education class through the St Paul Public Schools community education program. This session is specifically targeted towards small business owners who may benefit from learning about strategies to minimize both corporate and personal taxes.

Teach a Class: Tax Saving Strategies - Saint Paul Public Schools continuing education
The tax filing deadline is in April for most filers but there are things you can be doing throughout the year to reduce your taxes, from elections within employer plans to charitable giving, to the way you structure your investment portfolio.

Teach a Class: Understanding Medicare - Saint Paul Public Schools continuing education
What coverage is right for you? Unravel the mystery that is Medicare including: what is covered by Parts A and B; enrollment guidelines; Minnesota options including the Advantage plans (Part C); Prescription Drug Coverage (Part D); and finding help for prescription drug costs.
