Alex Tirsco will guide participants through exercises and discussions with the objective of gaining an understanding on what investors think, what they value, and how should their advisors respond. In expanding personal understanding of the new "cries' from investors uncovered by research, attendees will be shown how to communicate fees in a confident manner, how to deliver on value, and resonating words, phrases, and sequence of the value conversation to better communicate value to clients.
