MAIN STRATEGIES:

• Enhance the presence of underrepresented groups, including minorities, women, LGBTQ individuals, Black, Indigenous, people of color, and those with disabilities, within the financial planning profession to reflect the diversity of our local communities.
• Foster equity by ensuring equal access to educational opportunities and resources for all members as well as consumers.
• Foster an inclusive community where all members feel a sense of belonging, are valued, connected, and have equal opportunities to contribute.
• Incorporate DEI into all FPA of MN activities.
